Overview
Motor City is a master-planned, mixed-use community in Dubailand developed by Union Properties. Spanning roughly 3.5 km² along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), it’s themed around motorsports and automotive leisure. The first component to open was the Dubai Autodrome in 2004, and since then the area has grown to include residential neighbourhoods (Uptown Motor City and Green Community Motor City), a Business Park, retail and leisure precincts (District Avenue and First Avenue), as well as the F1-X automotive theme park.
